The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in building pipelines and expanding the client’s footprint across agencies and brand advertisers.
You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality discovery meetings for our sales team. This role supports expansion into new verticals, new markets, and select international opportunities over time
Core Responsibilities
Prospect into advertising agencies (independent and holding companies) and brand-direct advertisers
Engage media buyers, digital media leads, and marketing decision-makers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and sales tools
Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives selling emotion-measured and optimized media campaigns
Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Winmo, Apollo, RocketReach, SalesLoft, and Salesforce
Research accounts and buyers to personalize outreach and improve conversion
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account records in Salesforce
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
Contribute to the evolution of the client’s SDR and lead-generation playbook
Qualifications
Soft Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Sales Acumen: You can sell confidently and close quickly without coming off “salesy.”
Customer-Centric: You have a knack for listening deeply, asking the right questions, and providing tailored solutions.
Tech-Comfortable: You’re experienced with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach), VoIP phone systems, and Shopify (or willing to learn).
Process-Oriented: You follow procedures with accuracy while maintaining a sense of urgency.
Proven experience in CRM Systems, preferably (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
Comfort with high-volume outreach while maintaining message quality and personalization.
Ability to learn and consistently apply a structured qualification framework
Must be committed to working onsite as required.
Technical Skills & ISP Requirements
Superior web navigation and computer skills
Proficient with Microsoft applications, understanding technology and different software programs - outbound dialer, salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM software and outreach a plus, scheduling on calendar day to day, zoom/google meetings/teams.
Experience, Education, Age
Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a call center environment, with an experience in an outbound B2B environment is required.
Cold calling, calling sequences, and live objection handling experience is required.
Prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting booking experience is required
Familiarity with Salesforce or sales engagement tools is a plus.
Advertising knowledge is a big plus.
At least 2 years in College, any course or Senior High School graduate or its equivalent.
Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines; minimum of 18 years old.
