This hands-on experience gave me valuable insight into the roles I now recruit for, allowing me to connect with candidates on a deeper level.

Starting in Talent Acquisition by managing small accounts, I worked my way up to handling large-scale and specialized programs. I’ve developed strong expertise in recruiting for Telco, Customer Service, and Retention roles, and I am proud to have pioneered one of the major programs in Manila, contributing to its successful launch and growth.
