We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on both new sales acquisition and contract renewals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of sales processes, and a passion for coaching teams to exceed performance targets.
This role is critical in driving revenue growth and customer retention through effective outbound strategies and customer engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3–5 years of outbound sales experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience in both sales acquisition and renewals is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
- Proven ability to analyze metrics and implement process improvements
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales dialers, and reporting tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Amenable to work onsite and in the night shft
