We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will play a unique role combining sales outreach, marketing support, and light executive assistance. This role is focused on systematic responsiveness, personalized campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to engage target companies - primarily those with 100–2,000 employees and active contact centers.
Unlike a traditional outbound SDR role, success will be measured by activity consistency and execution of outreach campaigns, not immediate quotas or closed deals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with CRM and automation tools while crafting thoughtful, personalized prospect engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute systematic outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other channels) with a focus on personalization rather than volume.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives by preparing and sending tailored messages to target accounts.
- Leverage tools such as HubSpot, Gmail, Instantly.ai, Apollo, LinkedIn, and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) to optimize outreach.
- Assist in preparing bi-weekly newsletters and other communication efforts for prospect engagement.
- Conduct account/contact profiling and light research to ensure campaigns are relevant and targeted.
- Track daily and weekly activities within the CRM and provide updates on campaign progress.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
Soft Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong ability to personalize communication and engage senior-level prospects.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive, professional work ethic.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Gmail, Instantly.ai, Apollo).
- Strong experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) for content generation and research.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and campaign tools; knowledge of SalesLoft, Outreach, or ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Competence in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Reliable home office setup with a minimum 25 Mbps stable internet connection (proof of billing required).
Experience & Education
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in outbound prospecting, campaign execution, or lead generation (BPO, SaaS, or marketing background preferred).
- Experience in contact center solutions, SaaS/software, or B2B outreach is a strong plus.
- At least 2 years in college (any course) or Senior High School graduate (or equivalent).
