AWS DevOps Engineer (Manila/ Davao)- Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with working knowledge of Amazon Connect to join our team. This role is primarily focused on building, automating, and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure, while also managing and supporting our Amazon Connect contact center platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and AWS services, alongside an understanding of contact center workflows and integration points.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployments using tools
such as bitbucket pipelines, code deploy, AWS CDK. - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform
and AWS CDK. - Monitor system performance, availability, and security using AWS CloudWatch,
Grafana and other observability tools. - Automate operational processes, deployments, and system health checks.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and
scalability. - Ensure best practices for security, compliance, and cost optimization in AWS
environments. - Configure and maintain Amazon Connect instances, queues, routing profiles, and
contact flows. - Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, DynamoDB, and
other AWS services. - Support omnichannel workflows including voice, chat, and third-party
integrations. - Troubleshoot contact center issues, including call routing, IVR logic, and agent
desktop experiences. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance Amazon
Connect features. - Provide timely resolution to customer/client inquiries and incidents, ensuring
high customer satisfaction. - Conduct regular audits of system performance, optimizing AWS Connect
solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience - Creating and maintaining comprehensive system and project documentation.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in AWS environments.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, Amazon Connect, CloudFormation/Terraform, IAM.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Amazon Connect.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both infrastructure and application layers.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and AWS SDK integrations.
Ability to manage tasks and timelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and contact center environments.
