The Talent Acquisition Client Success Associate will serve as the operational backbone for the Recruitment Manager, focusing on data integrity, rigorous process auditing, and compliance. This role ensures that every hire across our global footprint (PH, IND, US, and COL) meets both client standards and internal quality benchmarks through constant, proactive verification.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Governance & Analysis
Own the collection and cleansing of all new hire demographic data. Ensure data consistency across global regions to provide a "single source of truth" for the Manager’s reporting.
Basic data analysis, correlation and presentation to client and operations partners.
Global Stakeholder Coordination
Support the intake process by documenting complex client requirements and ensuring effective communication to the hiring team and leaders.
Manage the scheduling & tracking of post PST & Nesting new hires performance review for launching accounts to close the feedback loops between TA & Operations.
Act as the secondary point of contact for TA Operations in all four regions, facilitating daily updates and ensuring regional leads have the clarity they need to execute.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Support the Manager in "People, Process, and Tech" audits by gathering user feedback on tech-stack bottlenecks and mapping out current workflows for optimization.
This includes:
Perform a random weekly audit of all open requisitions.
Conduct monthly random audits of onboarding files to ensure 100% adherence to global and client-specific regulatory requirements.
Conduct a quarterly process audit of the entire recruitment lifecycle to identify systemic bottlenecks or compliance gaps.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment Account Management, or Project Coordination (RPO orBPO experience is a massive plus).
Ability to work across multiple time zones and understand the cultural nuances of PH, IND, US, and LATAM markets.
Comfortable with data—you don’t just report numbers; you look for the "why" behind the trend.
Proficiency with Google Applications: G-sheets, G-slides, etc.
Early adopter of AI tools and proficient in ATS management.
Completed Senior High School or its equivalent (2nd year college)
College degree preferred but not required.
Legal age of employment; at least 18 years old.
Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedules
Willing to work on a project-based role with the potential of absorption
