We are looking for a dedicated and mission-oriented AWS and Python developer on our AI Innovation team who will develop new features and support our clients deploy amazing omni-channel customer experiences in their virtual contact center environments. You possess a unique skill of knowing AWS services, Python and being able to deploy bug free code to ECS or other AWS services. You will work closely with the product managers, and the rest of development teams including Conversational AI and BI/analytics that integrate with Amazon Connect and other telephony systems. Creative problem-solving skills, strong technical background, proactive collaboration with customers and teammates, and ability to iterate quickly and deliver value in our fast-paced, agile environment are keys for success in this role. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build, release, and manage python scripts in AWS.

• Build python scripts using AWS CDK to deploy and manage different services in AWS with

• Analyze requirements and technical specifications and implement assigned development tasks.

• Create learning documents, best practices on AWS cloud solutions and working experience with AWS professional services.

• Build on the current framework to improve services, speed of deployment and overall solution.

• Create re-usable, effective and scalable code

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs in the system and develop solutions

• Help streamline and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity

• Find yourself incessantly saying: signal and the noise, causation vs. correlation, optimization

• Have a lot of fun…it's unavoidable

• Work directly with and learn from the business, product, analytics and engineering leaders across the organization

Qualifications:

• Experience working with AWS serverless architecture model.

• Hands-on experience in developing services using AWS ECS, step functions and other services

• 3+ years of experience in Python is must

• Experience working with Cloud formation and SAM for deploying serverless solutions.

• Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.

• Experience with agile methodologies.

• Experience with Source control (Git).

• Some pipeline experience, hands on.

• Great communication skills to coordinate across business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Experience with and excitement for working on fast-paced, agile teams with startup DNA.

• Self-motivated, curious, and quick/continuous learner with a passion for innovation in data analytics/science.
