Roles and Responsibilities:
Delivery & Execution
Define and manage project scope, requirements blueprint, and implementation strategy to ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks during the project lifecycle.
Translate functional business requirements into clear technical specifications for backend and engineering teams to enable smooth implementation.
Lead the analysis of existing reports, dashboards, and current business environments to identify improvements and define frameworks for business analysis documentation.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in defining requirements for complex reporting needs, system integrations, and data management strategies to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow.
Support end-to-end project delivery by ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise-level business processes and ensure solutions deliver measurable value across multiple departments.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, including senior leadership and C-suite executives.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align project scope, priorities, and timelines across teams.
Conduct regular meetings with business stakeholders to review dashboards, gather feedback, and enhance existing data solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze complex business workflows and system dependencies to support data-driven decision making.
Prepare and present data analysis insights, reports, and case studies to key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
Tools, Methodologies & Technical Expertise
Experience working with data warehousing and dashboarding solutions.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights effectively.
Hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies, supporting iterative delivery models.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA for sprint planning, backlog grooming, issue tracking, and Scrum ceremonies.
Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
