• Roles and Responsibilities:

  Delivery & Execution

  • Lead and execute end-to-end data analytics projects, ensuring timely & high-quality delivery

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and reporting solutions via reports/dashboards/AI agents, to support business decision-making

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics deliverables

  • Continuously optimize reporting processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability

  • Familiarity with Jira or other tools for running scrum calls and driving sprint planning & execution

  Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and QA teams to understand priorities and road blocks in order to drive partnership to deliver impactful solutions

  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring translation and documentation of business processes into technical requirements to generate valuable insights

  • Support stakeholder communication by presenting findings, recommendations, and progress updates on a regular basis keeping all the necessary stakeholders in loop for better efficiency

  • Analyze and interpret BPO/KPO operational metrics such as productivity, utilization, SLAs, attrition, and forecasting to drive business performance insights.

  • Prepare and present data analysis insights, reports, and case studies to key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and encourage data-driven decision making for better profitability

  Tools, Methodologies & Technical Expertise

  • Strong experience with SQL and data querying for deeper data and statistical analysis

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

  • Exposure to data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and large-scale data systems.

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as Python for data analysis

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work on AI driven data analytics and BI projects

  Experience and Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience as a business analyst in data analysis or project management role, with a strong track record of delivering data-driven insights across BI and data warehouse projects

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, strong documentation and translating business needs into analytical solutions.

  • Effective communication skills in order to collaborate across teams from different backgrounds & skillsets and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Willing to work in a shift from 2 pm to 11 pm IST with the flexibility to cater to business needs based on priority and criticality of projects and experienced working with cross-border teams
