We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through various sourcing strategies and platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities.
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, supporting hiring initiatives, and helping deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels
Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to assess interest and availability
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Review resumes and profiles to identify candidates that match job qualifications and competencies
Schedule candidate interviews and support recruitment coordination when needed
Maintain accurate candidate records and updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
Monitor sourcing metrics and provide recruitment reports as needed
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role
Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media recruitment tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage
Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset
Willing to work in a project-based arrangement
Preferred Skills:
Experience in volume hiring or niche sourcing
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Ability to identify and engage passive talent effectively
