Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will build a net-new pipeline in the health and fitness vertical by utilizing content-led strategies to identify and nurture inbound leads, followed by targeted outbound engagement to set discovery meetings for the sales team.
Core Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach (Inbound-Focused)
Own inbound lead generation through content-led strategies (e.g., gated e-books on "Boosting Studio Retention with AI Tools" or guides on filling classes via Pulse+).
Work off a defined ICP and target account list (e.g., independent studios with finite class sizes, multi-location gyms facing retention challenges).
Promote content via LinkedIn, SEO-optimized landing pages, and email nurture sequences tailored to vertical pain points (e.g., improving ROAS with Signal).
Qualify interest from content engagements (basic BANT: budget, authority, need, timing) before handoff, emphasizing fit for outcomes like higher sign-ups and retention.
Meeting Generation
Set qualified discovery meetings for the designated closer (hire domestic sales person once we have a use case account established).
Maintain clean, accurate records in Titan / IDA Hub:
Contacts, companies, activities, stage, next step.
Ensure every positive response (e.g., content downloads, email opens) is followed up within 1 business day, using targeted outbound (calls/LinkedIn) for warm leads.
Process Discipline
Follow agreed content promotion sequences and cadences, prioritizing inbound funnels.
Log all activities (content engagements, emails, LinkedIn, meetings) in Titan.
Participate in weekly pipeline/activities review and adjust based on feedback, focusing on content performance and lead quality.
Qualifications
Soft Skills
Excellent English communication skills both reading and writing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven experience in Sales Development/ Business Development or Appointment Setting is required.
Outbound sales environments, particularly in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or digital marketing agencies are required.
Multi-channel outreach: Proven track record in managing LinkedIn sequences, cold calling, and email nurturing is required
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to multitask and must be a team player.
Reliable, punctual and good attendance records.
Technical Skills & ISP Requirements
Superior web navigation and computer skills.
Health/fitness decks, one-pagers, and landing pages (e.g., highlighting Signal for multi-touch attribution, Chorus for community-building content) is an advantage.
With experience navigating GHL CRM for tracking..
Knowledge of outbound dialer (Twilio (or similar), as is the ability to manage scheduling using calendar applications and conduct Zoom or Google meetings.
Should have expertise in various software applications, including email messaging platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience, Education, Age
Must have at least 1-2 years of sales experience in a BPO set up not limited to the following:
Inbound and Outbound Sales, Leads Conversion Accounts and Appointment Setting
Sales experience in B2B set up is preferred.
Prior experience in client success, account management, or a related field is a must.
At least 2 years in College, any course or Senior High School graduate or its equivalent.
Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines; minimum of 18 years old.
